Permit/Obligation Management
Governments across the globe require some type of environmental impact assessment prior to start-up of new facilities and new processes. The data derived from these studies are then used to develop environmental operating restrictions referred to as Permits or Licenses.
CINTELLATE can be deployed to assist with the management of these legal and regulatory obligations by breaking those obligations down into conditions which are then linked to:
- Legal/regulatory reference(s);
- Applicable equipment and/or locations;
- Required monitoring tasks; and
- Reporting or notification requirements
Managing the various Permits and License Obligations in a consistent manner within a single software tool allows Users to develop consolidated Monitoring Plans with identified tasks, schedules & deadlines, and persons responsible. To support accountability across your organization, the software can also generate emails that notify the persons responsible of the assignment of tasks, generate reminders, and escalate non-compliance when tasks are not completed by their deadlines. Similarly, the reporting tools within CINTELLATE can be used to generate information on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis, as part of the overall Compliance Management process (e.g. for discussion in meetings, or review by management).
