Self-assessments/inspections/audits
The Plan-Do-Check-Assess cycle at the heart of all ISO based Management Systems requires that self-assessments, inspections or audits be done in the Check cycle to measure the progress and performance of the Management System.
CINTELLATE enables the User to build Self-assessment/inspection/audit protocols based on User-defined criteria such as facility/process type, audit type (i.e. management systems, compliance, etc.) or Company EHS Focus area. Each Self-assessment/inspection/audit protocol can be designed as a checklist (for ease in use with a PDA) or a combination of checklist, comments, and fields to input scores (points) for post-audit summation scores.
The Action Management process can be integrated with the Self-assessment/inspection/audit forms so that corrective actions are immediately identified and assigned so that a regular cycle of Self-assessments, inspections and audits can be scheduled and assigned. The data recorded during each Self-assessment can be used to flag compliance levels, compare program implementation status between facilities for resource allocation planning and examine trends in overall business performance using the total number of preventative Self-assessments/inspections/audits completed as a leading metric.
