To consistently deliver a successful implementation, our Project Implementation Methodology employs a logical, structured & phased approach and the outcomes of each phase present clear deliverables and input into the next project phase.
There are seven phases to our Project Methodology, each aimed at delivering a set of outcomes by which project milestones can be checked and progress measured. Any variations to initially agreed deliverables, as is often required during large or complex implementation projects, are managed as part of our Project Methodology as Change Requests.
