This role involves working with our external clients configuring the CINTELLATE Suite providing support for our enterprise level applications.
Requirements
In this role the candidate will be expected to:
- Gather client requirements through formal workshops and other methods,
- Analyze complex business requirements and develop them into a design specification,
- Maintain project documentation in accordance with existing processes,
- Configure our products to meet client requirements
This role requires experience in:
- Database methodology such as SQL-Server and Oracle
- Report writing tools,
- Product support for installed applications,
- Client training in the use of installed applications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, a self-starter, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator at all levels.
